Course Description

Curate your body of work and get your talent noticed in the marketplace. In this required course, advanced students enrolled in the Graphic Design certificate program will create a portfolio from work produced throughout their course of study. Students will receive individualized critique and guidance in technical and conceptual development. Students work independently and collaboratively to create a professional-quality portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience for their chosen industry.

 

Prerequisites

Students must be enrolled in the Graphic Design Certificate. Only students enrolled in their last term prior to completing the certificate are eligible to take this course.

  • Students must be 18+ years of age to enroll.
  • This course includes 30 hours of class time plus at least 15 hours of homework time.

    • Synchronous: Taught through an online learning environment, allowing for the instructor and students to meet during scheduled times. Includes lectures, demos and discussions via Zoom.
