Course Description

Improve your technical photography skills to allow for greater creativity in your work. In this course, students develop familiarity with different types of analog and digital cameras and lenses -- including medium format film cameras; learn digital editing techniques; apply advanced lighting techniques; and create high-quality prints, all while continuing to develop their photographic voice. Emphasis is placed on developing both the technical and creative aspects of photography while creating portfolio-ready pieces.

Prerequisites

Specific coursework required for Certificate Students. All other students should have equivalent experience.
