Course Description

This advanced course builds upon foundational welding skills and introduces students to a broader range of metal fabrication techniques. Through hands-on instruction, students explore processes such as fusing, brazing, precision bending, and plasma cutting, while deepening their understanding of material behavior and metal joining strategies. Emphasis will be placed on developing more complex forms and structural compositions in steel. In addition to guided exercises, students design and execute individual projects, applying new techniques to realize personal creative goals. The course supports both functional and sculptural applications, encouraging students to refine their technical fluency and push creative boundaries in their metalwork.
