Course Description

Explore unique printmaking techniques to create your own decorative, patterned papers! In this hands-on class, students create a series of designs using Otis College’s Laboratory Press and Printmaking Labs to take advantage of two unique techniques that these facilities have to offer: letterpress and risograph. The course wraps up with a simple bookbinding project, turning the handmade papers into a beautiful, one-of-a-kind blank book to take home. No prior experience is required; all are welcome!

Course Fee: A $25 lab fee is built into the tuition for this course.
