Course Description

Discover the art and practice of functional ceramics by creating ceramics designed for use in daily life. Through hands-on projects, students explore craftsmanship, form, and functionality, encouraging students to consider how objects are used in real situations while developing their own aesthetic voice. Students investigate the relationship between design and utility as they develop practical and decorative ceramic techniques.
