A strong portfolio is essential for anyone planning to pursue a career in photography. Learning to write and speak clearly about your work is also essential in this highly competitive field. Topics explored in this 6-week course include creating a cohesive body of work, completing a professional portfolio/book, resume, cover letter, and artist statement. Course also covers documenting artwork, presentation methods, elevator speech, exhibitions, and applying to school and artist opportunities.
