Course Description

Create a handmade, unique, and beautiful Kirigami remembrance for someone special. Kirigami is a free-hand Japanese paper folding and cutting process that is artful, unique, and improvisational.  This 90-minute workshop teaches Kirigami folding and cutting methods to create Father’s Day themed imagery. This workshop includes the use of regular/standard scissors, glue stick and paper. Depending on the child’s age and cutting ability, adult supervision may be required. Thick novelty scissor cutters are not recommended.

IMPORTANT:

All K-12 and Pre-College students are required to complete and return a K-12 and Precollege Mandatory Forms Packet prior to admittance into the classroom. Students will not be permitted to attend without this.
