Course Description

Fantasy, magic, and science fiction -- with your imagination, you will design your own environments in dreams, books, video games, or imaginary worlds. In this 6-week course, students will use drawing and painting to construct their own landscapes. They will learn techniques such as horizon lines and perspective to add perceived reality to their artwork. Advanced students will enhance their use perspective with atmosphere, and apply color and light in order to create mystery and magic.


All K-12 and Pre-College students are required to complete and return a K-12 and Precollege Mandatory Forms Packet prior to admittance into the classroom. Students will not be permitted to attend without this.
