Course Description

In sewing, a lot happens behind the seams—from using the right stitch for the job to pressing fabric. This course is an introduction to general sewing techniques. Students learn the theory of accurately sewing various parts of a garment together according to industry standards through assigned clothing projects.

Course Fee: A $10 course fee is built into the tuition of this course.


 

Prerequisites

Specific coursework required for Certificate Students. All other students should have equivalent experience.
