Course Description

Does your portfolio make a first good impression? How do you use your portfolio to get hired or find clients? You only get one chance to show your work, and it needs to make the right impression. This course helps students to develop a flexible, professionally presented portfolio showcasing their unique talent and point of view—online or in print. Students also learn how to market and promote their books to clients and employers. Marketing pieces include a business card, printed and email promotions, and a resumé/CV.
