Course Description

Getting dirty is half the fun with ceramics. The tactile quality of clay lets you really dig into your creativity. Whether you want to try your hand at clay or expand upon your existing ceramic practice, this course has something for everyone. With an emphasis on functional ceramics, Extension and BFA students create a variety of functional and beautiful ceramics.

All enrolled Ceramics Extension Students are eligible to participate in the Otis Student and Alumnx Ceramic Sale, May 10-11, 2024, which draws hundreds of collectors and visitors. 

Notes:

- Firing provided with health and safety measures.
- Clay Kits and 50 lbs of clay included with enrollment of this 10-week course.
- This course is non-refundable. Once the course has been purchased, no refunds will be granted.

Course Fee: A $35 course fee is built into the tuition of this course.
