Course Description

This class will cover the fundamentals of bookbinding while students create a set of different book structures over the course of three sessions. Students begin by learning about the tools and materials needed to construct books, which includes discussions about paper, adhesives, thread and more. They create single signature sewn books and progress to creating a more involved book structure with multiple signatures.

Note:

- A $50 materials fee is built into the tuition for this course.

-This course does not provide certificate credit.
