Course Description

Ready to continue on your ceramic journey? This course is designed for students with previous clay experience who want to expand their knowledge and skills. Artists will meet weekly in an open studio format where they can develop their work alongside like-minded individuals. Students are encouraged to come prepared with an idea or plan for a specific project.

This course will run parallel to the BFA Ceramics course taught by renowned ceramicist Joan Takayama-Ogawa with opportunities for feedback as well as collaboration between BFA and Extension students. Students may follow along with the BFA Ceramic's course curriculum or work at their own pace on their own projects. All students will be eligible to participate in the Otis Holiday sale.
